Arviointiin liittyen ELY-keskuksen johdolla j\u00e4rjestettiin ennakkotapaaminen viranomaisten kanssa 8.1.2020. Julkinen kuulemistilaisuus j\u00e4rjestettiin Porissa 13.2.2020. Ensimm\u00e4inen vaihe prosessa oli EIE-suunnitelma, joka julkistettiin viranomaisille 16.4.2020.<p>Vuoden 2019 alkupuoliskon aikana ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6vaikutusten arvioinnissa jatkettiin EIE-raportin valmistelua, johon sis\u00e4ltyiv\u00e4t my\u00f6s viranomaisten ja kansalaisten palautteet. Loppuraportti sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 yli 300 sivua yksityiskohtaista materiaalia ja analyysin kaikista ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6n\u00e4k\u00f6kohdista.<\/p><p>Seurantaryhm\u00e4 kokoontui 9.6.2020 ja uusi julkinen kuulemistilaisuus j\u00e4rjestettiin 17.8.2020.<\/p><p>Timo Saini, chairman of BioEnergo is very proud of the report. ?It really looks environment from all possible directions.
